Technology & Project Licensing

Structure a documented pathway when an energy project depends on technology licenses, project-specific rights, territory rights, supplier authorization or another commercial right controlled by a legitimate rights-holder.

For rights-holders

Present technology or commercial rights you can substantiate and identify the projects, territories or counterparties you want considered.

For projects

Define the technology, territory, implementation or supplier rights a project needs before commercial discussions proceed.

What Energies Invest does

Qualifies the request, records the parties and evidence, and coordinates a project-specific commercial pathway. It does not create rights that a party does not possess.

What a rights review needs

Identify who controls the relevant rights, what is being offered or sought, applicable geography, project context, restrictions, duration where known, and documentary evidence. Commercial, technical and legal diligence remains separate from submission.

Submission does not grant a license, territory, supplier appointment, authorization, exclusivity, investment approval or other right.

What happens next

The Energies Invest project desk reviews the parties, requested rights and evidence; determines whether a documented rights-holder or project pathway exists; requests additional scope where needed; and only then advances an appropriate commercial discussion.
