These terms govern preliminary use of Energies Invest digital properties. A signed project or transaction agreement supersedes these terms for the matters it specifically addresses.
The website describes current capabilities, configurable project formats and commercial pathways. Content is informational and does not by itself constitute an investment offer, financing commitment, engineering proposal, procurement award or binding project agreement.
Capacity, generation, storage, interconnection, equipment, tariffs, incentives, financing, savings, payback, schedules and construction requirements are determined only from verified project data and the applicable written scope or agreement.
Submission of a project or expression of interest does not create an obligation to invest, lend, finance, acquire, develop or otherwise participate in a transaction. Any such commitment requires separate due diligence, approvals and executed documents.
Application, listing, referral or participation in a workflow does not create approved, exclusive or appointed status. Supplier, partner and referral rights are governed by current verification and the applicable written agreement.
Equipment, professional services, software, financing and other third-party products remain subject to the relevant provider's specifications, licensing, warranties and terms.
Executed development, advisory, procurement, confidentiality, partnership, financing or other written agreements control whenever they address a subject more specifically than these website terms.
